I have a similar problem with DNxHR Footage rendered out of Resolve 12.(? latest). the DNxHR Footage looks great in Avid but as soon as ANYTHING that needs rendering is involved the resolustion goes down to 1/4 at least. Error apreas at retimings, pip effects. but only if i create a Videomixdown OR try to transcode the clips. Realtime Preview look good

I called the support. i opend a support case ... the don´t know how their lic system works ... i needed 1 call and several e-mails to discribe my problem. they don´t understand.

my case is not mentioned in the FAQ. i am not complaining about payment or paying for something that i can´t use. i am looking for a way to prevent runnning in this renewal gap without internet. i am on auto-renew on a monthly base in a 12 month contract. i am just trying to persuade the avid application manager to refresh the 30 day activation

Hi, anyone else notived that since 8.3 it is impossible to LINK AMA-Files on UNC pathes? even old projects wouldn´t show up the media stating the media is missing - which it is not. Even revealting file results in an error. Copy and paste the verry same path out of the bin info field to an explorer windows show - so suprise here my ama files just
