I hope I can word this to make sense... I'm not sure what I have done, but for some reason when I have a sequence in the source record mode, it plays the audio, but the video does not play and the veritcle line/bar does not advance along the timeline in either the source or record windo. If I load a multicam clip they will play... I must have done

I've been off my editing system for a few months and don't know if I am having a brain fart or if something is wrong... When I put the system into MultiCam mode all the icons under the source window disapear and when I hit play on the keyboard ot try to mark in or out nothing is happining. I can use the mouse to switch camera views in the source

Hi, there is a setting under the File section I believe it is the Project Settings, but I am not at my sys... Anyway, you can select the 16x9 setting in there, but it will not take effect until you restart Avid DVD... Good Luck! Camilo

There are plenty of people who run non qualified systems, but it is not advisable if you are using MC to earn your living. The problem with non qualified systems is that you are sort of on your own when you have probllems and left to troubleshhot/experment until you find what works with your system. When you use an unsupported card, the best you can do is experment on your own to see what works best in your situation... If it is mission critical for you then you would be well served to get yourself a supported Quadro card and follow the guidlines in the MC read Me file for setting the card up... Best of luck to you!
