Hi, My computer crashed and I did not had the chance to deactivate MC. The problem was the mothrboard and it was changed together with memory. Now MC requires activation and of course it fails. I do not have mail or phone for the customer service (bought via internet in the UK). Can anybody guide me where to turn (phone or mail)? Thanks, Eman2

Hi. I installed Quicktime 7.7.3 on my machine (PC win 7 4GB) and I am having problems with play back. I am trying to go back to 7.7.1/7.7.2 which are compatible with MC 6.0.3. I can not find them on the Apple web site. Does anybody know how to find the QT 7.7.1/7.7.2?? Eman2

Hi, I still have the problem. I searched the site and found that several threads deallt with the problem, but no one seems to know the source and the solution. Hi everybody, I need help. The MC 6.0.3.1 and 6.0.3.2 stop playing transcoded files and QT imported file showing the error: SWDC_CodecInterface_task() CONSISTENCY ERROR FAILURE. I use win7. The project is HD 1920x1080 AVCHD (Panasonic .MTS). Playing the AVCHD using AMA works (though it stutters a little). When I trancode the shots I get this error,

Further trials I found that importing to a PAL DV project and using QT reference for DVD gives a fair result. Is this the correct workflow? But if I want to generate an HD computer file (any format, any player) results in an unacceptable image. What is the the workflow for that?
