I am trying to upgrade a dongle for Symphony but since the software wasn't registered (prior to my employment) and I have to go through customer support via the phone rather than use the easy online registration on avid.com. Why is Symphony treated as something "special" at this point in time? Purchases, upgrades, registration, etc...

Disabled the nVidia Driver Helper Service, installed 3.1.3.2 Symphony, and updated QT to 7.5.5 to no avail. Any other suggestions from out there before I try updating the nVidia driver?
