No, i'm afraid you can only have one anchor frame.
-
Anchor frame is the answer. Once you have the frame you want at the time you want, place a Timewarp on the clip and place a keyframe at the point in time in question, set it as the Anchor Fame and no matter what you do to the rest of the clip, that frame will be anchored to that point in time. Hope this helps, Dave Forsyth

Thank you Marianna, just what I needed! Maybe this information needs to be added to the knowledgebase document that deals with the updated plugin? Cheers, Dave Forsyth

Hi Randall, NIce to hear from you. No, I haven't updated it for ages I'm afraid. The images were all cut out of keyboard screenshots. Please use and modify it any way you want though. Cheers, Dave Forsyth

Hi Andrew, No video monitoring hardware in this case. I do have an AJA IOExpress but it is not in use right now. In all honesty, I think I got lucky with coming across my fix! ;) Cheers,

Now, this problem has probably long been solved but I encountered it myself just now. My solution was to disable the video monitoring, play a couple of seconds and then turn the video monitoring back on. Playback is now normal. I'm on Media Composer v8.5.3 Windows v7 Pro

Greetings all, FWIW, there is a workaround. Drop a "Trim to Fill" Timewarp effect on the offending clip and drag it out to whatever duration you like. Hope this helps, Dave Forsyth

Hello there, Greetings from the Great Land Down Under... FWIW, I solved this on my system. After many attempts to use Squeeze to encode my sequence, I went back to MC and found I would get the odd "Consistency check failure" message in the Record monitor when I tried playing the cut. Suspecting a bad render, I cleared the renders, re-rendered

***UPDATE*** I have upgraded to v8.4.4 and the problem has not been fixed. Fortunately, the (rather) old MacPro system with v8.4.1 is not exhibiting this problem so I'm having to do all my consolidating on that machine. FWIW...

Thanks to all who chimed in to offer help with this. Seems I'm hust stuck with it. Sadly, I'm under a little bit of pressure to migrate across to PP. Seeing as we basically get it for free with the design department's CC subscription and also seeing as when I export a sequence from it to Media Encoder without having to render or worry about
