Hello everyone, i have a Decklink Sudio 4k in a HP Z420 Workstation using MC 8.3. In a SD projcect (PAL 25i) i have no embedded audio in the SD-SDI output. If i switch to HD everything is fine. Is this a known problem? Can somebody with a Decklink Studio 4k test this please? regards Udo Sauer

Hello everyone, i installed a new MC System: HP Z420, Decklink Studio 4k, MC 8.3, Windows 7. If i capture via SD-SDI (PAL 25i project) i get a small pink bar on the left side of the picture. Sometimes it's not there, but i have'nt found a pattern yet. The pink bar is not on tape, tested that a few times... I tried upgrading to the latest decklink

Hello, try this: AMA the clip, then transcode it to DNxHD. Put it in the timeline. Apply changes to motion effect. Trim. Or change the framerate to 30fps before import/AMA using apple cinematools. Udo

Hello Stig, you could try to delete the waveform cache and let it rebuild. You find the folder "WaveformCache" inside your project folder. regards Udo

Get the last 5 decklink drivers or so and test them one after the other. I had the same problem a while ago and one of the older drivers worked very well, but i don't remember which one it was :-) regards Udo

Hello, if it generates one file for video and n files for audio, you can try to copy them directly to a AvidMediafiles folder. If it creates an aaf files, too just import these and everything should be fine. If there's no aaf you can use the mediatool to get the Clips. Another way is to drag and drop the msmMMOB.mdb file in the AvidMediafiles folder

Here in germany you have many formats depending on the tv station. HDCAM, HDCAM-SR, XDCAM Discs, DVPRO HD Tapes... there isn't the one tape format anymore.

Hello Pat, if you use windows, try to mount the USB-stick to a folder (like c:\myusbstick) and not to a drive letter. Udo
