Hi everyone, I have been trying to find a way to request Avid to change my registered email on there download centre. It does not allow you to change your email address in your profile. It's hard to say but the media on the Demo disk could have a corrupt file and anything like that. You need to get hold of some P2 footage off a P2 card or that has been copied to a HDD.
