Same problem (version 2021.12). I am not able to capture HDV tapes. I need a quick solution, please.

Could Avid buy Sorenson? I think that would be the best solution. Many of us are used to using Sorenson for many years and have been comfortable with us. Now I have Sorenson installed because of the old code, but what's next?

You might not have heard audio when linking and importing .MTS files. EDIT: Just check it and I can confirm that this bug is repaired.

My workflow (on Avid MC 7.0.7, Win 7 Pro) is: - AMA link folder just above BPAV - consolidate linking files to media drive (and delete master) - editing - videomixdown (DNxHD 120 in my case) is necessary - then I can export from timeline (Quicktimereference to Sorenson)

My only solution was downgrade to 2018.7. And waiting for next version, maybe without this bug.
