In this case no, it's broken on Windows as well (which is what I'm actually on, I found this thread in a search) so it's an MC thing.

I got Support to change my master account email address, since my old one was getting spammed (hmm how did that happen?) and they don't give you the means to change it yourself... ...and now all of my MC licenses are gone! Good times!
