great news. i've been really hammering the patch since release, and its working really really well for us.

Are you running the 22.12.2 patch or just 22.12 ?

I'm sure there's plenty of ways to do it. Depends on your tools/knowledge. When we've done it, we've just stayed in our main 16x9 edit project, drop on a 1:1 mask, and then reframe underneath using either flexframe or image resize to dve left/right etc. Then we've tended to export via our normal method (ama mxf export to dnx) then

What created the prores files? I'm using Prores files (recorded on a kipro) in a project at the moment and its behaving fine

The release notes say media central, but its w orking with Linked OP1A MXF XDCAM that I have that bug number with support. I'm linking. MXF files FS7, FX9. Its FX9 files we've had an issue with. What media are you using?

MCCET-4953 This little bug has been the bane of my life. Thank you Sebastian @ avid support for baring with me. We've tried sooooo many things before finding it. I'm going to fully test this version over the weekend to make sure its ironed out our waveform issue

@ Heimerl can you try installing 22.12.2 patch, and see how you get on. Is it any better? Its fixed my issue with waveforms not drawing/performance

@timetofilm please try the new patch 22.12.2 Does it fix it for you? My waveforms draw super quick again, and avid doesnt grey out anymore, and the errors are gone from my console about build pipes
