I assume these are the same original files? So under the relink method channge the match type to filename etc

Select all your newly transcoded clips in one bin or multiple then right click your edit sequence and relink to selected clips in any open bins should do the trick

Simply select all your clips in a bin hit G to clear in and out and drage into your sequence

Use keyboard shortcut "command /"

Copy your Media to a new drive Avid Mediafiles/MXF/1 or replace 1 with any number if there is already media on that drive If your project is on that drive also then copy that off to the new drive in your new Avid MediaFiles/MXF/# delete the 2 database files When you start Avid the database will be rebuilt and Avid will find the media on the new drive

Audio sample rates are dependent on your audio hardware and not many audio cards support 44.1 anymore A BM card for example will only give you 48k

Yes it happens in PAL but I would guess it happens in NTSC as well I was incorrect when I said just change resolution, DV 420 works all the time 2:1 sometime has some disturbance

Just in case anyone else suffers this the VBI Noise only occurs in SD 1:1 footage simply mixdown your sequence to 2:1 and it is fixed
