Well I'd start with a complete power down including pulling the power cord from the Nitris DX and the computer and while they are unplugged hit the power buttons especially the computer to drain any residual voltage off the PCI buss etc... Then reseat the cards and reboot. Do you get the green light in the capture tool. How are you capturing audio

Do you need Pacifist to see package contents. There are times like the symphony icon I can right click and show package content. That doesn't seem to work on every file which is why I think you need Pacifist here but what is the criteria for which files allow you on a Mac to right click and show package content?

I noticed if I select Mac OS 10.6 I don't get the option of the 2.0.1 ama plug in. Is this only for 10.7 and above? I know I should be on 10.7 or above but so far it's working for 10.6.8 and symphony 6.5. I'm trying to not lose any Rosetta functionality that may occur when upgrading to 10.7 and above. I guess I could just try the new plug

I've been told by a baselight person that the panel is smooth with the Artist Color Panel and it can be viewed in realtime while correcting. I have no reason to doubt this but I have not tried it myself yet.

You could decompose the sequence deselecting offline only media and that would create a sequence with only master clips. Relink that and all clips should be master clips.
