Marianna, thanks for the reply. I have been working with the Chat support. It appears that when I re-upped my licenses in Feb that my SIDs were duplicated and my dongles show up attached to those IDs but those expired in May and then I have the exact same SID showing that it is good through next Feb (but no dongle attached). very odd. the support person

I've been away for a bit (running 2019). Just did the uninstall and full install through Avid Link and everything went fine - BUT.... my dongle will not update. Says it needs to and i downloaded the file from my Avid products page and NOTHING. Avid Link program crashed and closed. Any tips on how to update the dongle?

Yes. that is the one. I have a couple old Workspaces saved and I found that by clicking on one of those it does have the Color Correction tool appear. I am still figuring out how to get different workspaces saved in those presents so for now I am bouncing back and forth between old workspaces from MC 2018.

Yes. I am experiencing the same. I click on the COLOR icon in the long tool bar of workspace options, but nothing happens and nothing changes. I have symphony option, but right now I can't find any color correction options. I am sure I am missing something. Any help and direction would be helpful. thanks! - Darin

This is helpful too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oYxKN3W6VA youtube(dot)com/watch?v=_oYxKN3W6VA [quote user="Hoh"] Thanks Job. I've been trying to figure out this issue (as most of my stuff has been going online) for the past 8 years or so, and is one of the reasons I have moved certain projects over to Premiere Pro for online use

Thanks Job. I've been trying to figure out this issue (as most of my stuff has been going online) for the past 8 years or so, and is one of the reasons I have moved certain projects over to Premiere Pro for online use. Now I can feel better about getting real colors and true contrast in my online videos. Thanks! - Darin

Marianna, That's very exciting! Any word on what the annual renewal costs will be to keep Symphony up to date in the future? thanks, Darin

Yes, I have gotten both the venetian blinds look and a green-tint (and/or magenta-tint) flash frame or series of tinted flash frames. I'm using XDCAM footage and it seems to happen near transitions. the venetian blind phenomenon seems to happen near effects when i'm fading titles/keyed graphics on and off. How do I turn off GPU rendering?
