I know that it's an old thread, but I got a similar same issue with an STL file created from SubCap. The titles was top centered instead of bottom centered in YouTube. I managed to solve this issue by opening the video file and importing the STL file in Subtitle Edit . I had to import the STL using: File / Import / Subtile with manually chosen encoding

Yes, I know the shortcut. But the well placed button was fast, very easy and useful. I also give Media Composer training at CBC/Radio-Canada. It's easier to remember for someone that is learning the software to use the obvious "New Bin" button than to learn the keyboard shortcut, the fast menu or the drop down menu commands.

+1 for all the ideas. But it should be Shift + drag up and/or down instead of everywhere.

In the Effect Editor, when we modify a parameter, like the X or Y position, it would be nice to bring back the function SHIFT + CTRL + mouse wheel . It should increment the parameters by a step of 10 instead of 1 at a time. Shift + one of the four arrows works fine. So, I am using it instead. But it would be nice to make it works with the mouse wheel

Is it possible to bring back the "New Bin" button that was in the Project Window (version 2018 and before)? It would be nice to add it in the Bin Container. I used this button all the time!

+1 also. I would like to have the settings with the Project window. But at least, give us the opportunity to combine the Settings with any other panel.
Whatever the conversionrate of $399 US to Canadian..... calcutalting it without knwoing the exchange rate on July 1, it would be roughly 534. I suggest anyone with a PERPETUAL on a Plan now renew at the $299 to get the better price before July 1st. Marianna
Oh, it will increase by $100 USD. Good to know. Can

$390 CAD / year perpetual renewal is the current price in Canada Steve. It's the price that I paid last year. Marianna, what will be the new price for perpetual renewal after July 1st?
