I'm thinking that the fruitful line of inquiry might be to consider data driven graphics made in PhotoShop. I'm not saying I know how to do this - but it seems Photoshop might be more open to this then Avid. When I'm a little less busy - I'm going to try and figure this out. It's a great question.
