Mark - I'm using EasyDCP right now to make screening copies, and I know that Job TeB. is also starting to play around with it. In the current version, it only taks TIFF or DPX so I have been doing TIFF exports and 5.1 ISO sreams L, R, C, LFE, LS, and RS as WAV files.
