I use the term subsequence because you are marking an IN and OUT in youe timeline. optic clik in the record side monitor, and drag to the bin. There is a new sequence there that is only the IN to OUT marked. You need to do that for each span of sync video and audio you created since I am assuming you have a sequence full of events (more than one). Once

There are different ways to AutoSync your picture and sound sources, but seeing as you already have them synced as a timeine, do the following: 1. Subclip out each individual take. Each sequence shuld only be one event with 1 V track and up to 24 A tracks. 2. Rename subseqeunce (the downside of doing it this way) 3. Hilight all subsequences and go to

Or.... you could really go old school as in Avid/1 Media Composer v1 and change the timeline view to head or head/tails and move it around that way... just a walk down memory lane... Still works well when all your cuts are straight cuts before getting into all the fine trimming... Michael

But the BWF file doesn't have the frame rate at which it as recorded at, so it is propting you to tell it what it is. These are usually found on the sound reports coming from production. If you have no idea, and unaware of any timecode, then pick the

Kevin is correct - depends on what timecode you have displayed above the monitor. Since you are editing on "60 frame" boundaries, and since there is no official SMPTE timecode for 60, then the 30fps timecode is used with the SMPTE designation of field 1 and field 2 edits. I thought MC provided for a fake 59.94 (60) count, but I am rarely if

from v4 to v5, ScriptSync was "grandfathered" in, meaning you can get the license key for ScriptSync at no extra charge. It is moving form 5.0.x to 5.5.x that you need to purchase a ScriptSync license as the one you have will no longer work. Michael

Are you in a 720p/59.94 project by chance?
