Thanks, Philip! Support is saying it could be because Monterey 12.5 isn't supported but I'm pretty sure it was also happening to me on 12.4. Same with the window in avid being stuck behind other avid windows thing, which I'll also do a video of next time it happens.

Another data point with the bin window behavior...it can happen to me both with bins I made in the project and with bins from older versions of avid. It doesn't seem to the creation of the bin. And it happens with scripts, too.

As far as the first issue goes...if I change to a different workspace and back then the correct window is in the front.

I have these EXACT two same problems. I'm on MacOS 12.5 but same MC version. I've had this problem on the last few 2022 MC versions. It's not new. Both my monitors are set to 2048x1152.

If you're parked on the marker and open the marker tool via the menu or keyboard shortcut...it goes to that marker.
