Marianna: I just upgraded to 2018.9 and installed New Blue Titler 2 (5.0.180117) from appman (since I can't do 4K titles with title tool). Titles have a watermark. Any idea how to fix? I have perpetual.

I was talking about 2018.x - I since rolled back to 8.9.x when I had this problem. OS Win7 prof.

Marianna - can you escalate? Definitely a bug that was not in previous versions.

This is original field material straight out of my FS7. It's 4K XAVC-I. It contains no SMPTE CC track. Linking from XROOT folder. Each clip takes time to "convert" when I click to view, or transcode. I do not see any separate files created anywhere.

I now see "converting 436M closed caption data" when I double click on a file that has been linked. Whaaaat?

Never Mind.:) I found it - not the most intuitive process.

Marianna: I installed 2018.4 (and AppMan 2018.4.3) - on launch it says "released past your contract exp date..." (which is 12/2/2018). Do I need a versioner for my dongle? If so, where do I get it? Do not see any reference to it. NOTE: Perpetual license on PC.

I use one for monitoring. Works great. Never for capture so can't comment there.

A sequence I have exported several times now hangs when exporting (send to quicktime movie, custom, DNxHD 145 8-bit). Tried another sequence in same project and it took a while but succeeded. Then tried a 3rd sequence and it hung up again. Anyone else experienced this?

Also make sure Pace License Services is running under computer management/services and set to "automatic."
