That is not a user with administrative privilegies, rather it's a matter of right click the installer and select 'run as administrator'. Also please make sure that You're running the Windows stock driver for the sound card, sometimes MC doesn't play nice

What Jef said. Other than that ProRes has been available on MC Windows for quote some time now. And I'd stay away from DV420 even more, of the goal is to archive.

What Job said, depending on the MC version You more or less will have to display the relevant colums in the bin, select all clips/subclips, right click and export.
