I would suggest making a new user setting and try your export a tiff from that user setting. This has been a first go to for fixing obscure issues for nearly 30 years. Good Luck

FWIW With a W 10 machine here today Pro Tools 2022.4 happily installed over MC 2022.4. With relatively basic testing of each program I had no issues. Subsequently I have no intention to reinstall them both in the reverse order.

Have you thought about or tried using Boris in Resolve to create the Boris effects you want? I do not know if it works in current versions of Boris but back when the last version of Boris Red (5.6?) was released I installed it in Resolve and MC. The Boris Red effects still show up in my Resolve FX menus. Initially I tested it briefly when I first installed
