With a W10 install I had luck with uninstalling NewBlue first. Then using my Avid Application manager to download and install NewBlue.

Hi Job, Yes as Bruno posted Fusion Studio and Edit Connection work properly together with MC. However I do need to correct my original posts pricing of $250 for Fusion Studio to the actual price of $299 (Apparently I should not always rely on memory these days )

Another option would be to look for the newer HDV decks. Something like the Sony HVR 1500. For me this deck offers the advantage of SDI output, (avoiding the increasing Firewire limitaions of newer computers. I am also a fan of having 9 pin machine control. As these decks are more recent releases than most DV decks finding ones with lower hours could
