    So that is it then? No solution? I'm just gonna keep paying for a software I can't use? Even tho I'm supposed to have access to ExpertPlus support, I'm not getting any support at all? Excuse me, but I'm really fed up with the lack of support of this company. I tried filling out one of these forms but they make absolutly no sense

    I relaunched Avid Link but even tho I wasn't logged in yet, I could check the Media Composer License and it was still active. I tried to deactivate it myself now but it gave me an error reading "No connection to license server" which makes sense when you say you deactivated it there already. So in my Avid Link it still shows activated

    I work on Windows 10. I downloaded the newest version of Media composer(2021.3) a few days ago and today I wanted to launch it. I would get the window that asks you to choose a way to verify the product so like always, I chose Avid Link (2021.2.1) in which I was signed in. The window would disappear only to reappear after a few seconds. In short, Media
