So you should create a new folder (use the name of the Avid Project file, and locate the folder at some place that you'll find later). Hi, I'm just curious :) I've made two video mixdowns from two different parts of the same sequence. Their source TC show the Master TC of the sequence correctly, there is no overlap between them. However when I put them on the timeline (both on it's place), Dupe Detection marks them as if they were the same footage from the same source.

Hi, when I had a similar problem I made another project for the footage with different fps, and after importing I returned to the original project, opened the other project's bin and used the footage from there. Avid automatically puts a timewarp on each clip with different fps to make it the same as the original project. You can achieve the same
