What happens when I delete everything in Avid attic? I need space on C. I finished these projects, but might need to access them again in the future. Is there any disadvantage of deleting the attic or should I save the attic to and ext. drive?

I want to see what is in my MediaFiles folders without having to start MC. Is there a MXF viewer or MXF thumbnail viewer for Windows 8/10?

Is there a video guide or some youtube video about what is new for editors who come from MC 8.4 or older? What are the most important things to know?

I this case the fix to the problem is this: When you get the error message: "Contact system adminstrator", contact the system adminstrator (or write in the forum). They do great work.

RalphC replied quickly, but couldn't solve the problem, so he transfered me to Avid customer care. They asked me for my SID and the error message which I both gave to them. That was 6 days ago. I reminded them the day before yesterday, but no reply. What is going on?
