Are the Safe Color Settings set the same on both systems? (NOT the actual Safe Color Limiter effect) How are you applying the effect? Is it from a Template effect? If so, what happens if you set the Safe Color Settings with the appropriate values, then add the Safe Color Limiter from the Effects Palette/Image?

I know it's 4K but the datarate on these is a maximum of 60 Mbps, which is very low. Hard to get a true high quality 4K image with that datarate. I'm in Marquee from Media Composer 8.5.3 and I'm unable to rename any Layers or Objects. I've got the procedure right, such that the Layer Name appears to become editable (just like renaming a file in Finder, for example) but any keyboard action - such as letters or Delete - have no effect.
