Reinstalled 22.10 and tried your method above of right clicking on the HW/SW switch and was able to choose the UntraStudio 4K. All is well. Thank you! cmonte

Thank you. I am familiar with that procedure but it was showing up as greyed out. It was not giving me any options at all. I need to reach out to Black Magic, I suppose. For now, I rolled back to the previous version that I was using (21.12.4) and I'm back up and running. like bnefore the upgrade. cmonte

I am a recent upgrade from MC 8.6 (I held out as loong as possible), so still on a curve. How would I roll back to 2022.7? I don't think I have the original installer. cmonte

Thank you, this was very helpful to get me started when I first sat down to the newest version. My issue is that the text jumps around. It seems like there are invisible key frames that make it jump when there are none. I can't figure it out. Are there any other more advanced videos to watch on Titler+? Thank you.

Thank you gentlemen. The client said the following were acceptable: MKV, M2TS, TS, AVI, MXF, MOV, MPG. I do not think that .mov supports ac3 audio. I'm doing OK with mkvmerge but I will also try TSMuxer. If any other ideas come up, please write back.

It did the same thing to me on a new Mac after upgrading to Snow Leopard and MC 5. A sales rep came into my office today and told me that I needed to have a tech come out and hook a PC up to the SR directly to raid and program it properly. My VAR never gave me the software to re-install it.
