As we have looked at the project more in depth, it seems the bar on the top of the screen is appearing when an effect is engaged with any title, including simple dissolves. This happens wheter we are using a Marquee title or a title tool title.

We've come across a curious problem on our latest project. It seems everytime we engage a Marquee title, a black line appears across the top of the video screen. Anyone have any thoughts on why this is happening and what we can do to resolve it?
