I had to update the credit card information for my annual crossgrade Media Composer subscription, and after I was charged 39.99, my account was put on hold for Avid check my System ID. So far I haven't been able to edit for about 4 hours. Come on Avid. Is this really necesary? I just wanted to update my credit card and now I can't use the software

Update: I brought all the footage into Premiere 2014, I converted the 120fps to 23.98 using modify -> interpret footage, and then transcoded all the clips into DNxHD 175x with an mxf wraper. I know 175x might be an overkill, but storage is not an issue, and is better to be safe than sorry. This seems to be working fine for me. I'm hoping to use
