About Heartland Edit

Heartland is the longest running Canadian 1 hour drama EVER and there is no end in sight. The first eight seasons were happily cut in FCP but we recognized a change was needed and felt Avid had advanced enough to try it again. It's a very big change with several bumps but it really is the only choice for episodic television... today.
