I have been an Avid editor since 1998. I learned on the Nuvista Avid systems at 5.0 (the first one).  In college, I learned how to make the Avid's work when they didn't, and learned to love the Avid way of doing things.  I moved on to support editors in the Atlanta area by working the phone support line at an Avid reseller in 2000.  I moved into installation and training on Avid system, and have setlled in at another Avid reseller as the Senior Technical support representative.  I am Avid Certified Support Representative for Windows, Mac, Unity, Interplay, ISIS and DS.  I am also an Avid Certified Intructor for Media composer and DS.
