About Mike Butler

I've been an Avid user since 1990 - so almost from the very beginning. I'm an ACI, certified to teach all the Avid Media Composer and Symphony courses, and also hold Media Composer Professional Certification. At present I mostly teach Media Composer courses at Soho Editors  Training in London, but am happy to travel anywhere necessary. My training assignments have taken me to 30 different countries around the world spread across 4 continents, and am keen to add the others to my CV! I also actively pursue my Editing career, and enjoy the puzzle of how to fit the two halves of my professional life together.
