mc 2.8 nvidia 91.85 suddenly full screen no good

Haven't used full screen in 2 months. Fired up today and the full screen looks like the earliest big box pixels on a wristwatch, except this screen is 20.3 inches, 1600x1200. Ugh! Don't recognize anything like a picture.

MC 2.8, nvidia driver 91.85. Looked for answers, but the search function didn't drill in to this kind of problem for me.

Did basic nvidia control panel check, all looks ok. Did device manager check, all looks ok with the driver.

Any ideas?

You are in green/green mode? It sounds like yellow/yellow.
