Problems with the exports and play exception pmm sync failure

Im editing a documentary, everythings fine until yesterday, i tried to export a sequence but i cant appears this message exception pmm sync failure. I exported two days ago

im using last avid version 2022.12.

I need help please. i have to finish in two weeks.
