Basically I need to move V1 on the sequence back 5 frames.
Normally, I use the yellow trim tool for this. However, when I press the yellow trim tool (also next to "P" on the keyboard) with only V1 selected.. and punch in -5 frames on the keypad, it gives the end of the sequence an extra 5 frames.
Instead, it should be pushing the video back 5 frames but it's adding them to the end of the sequence.
Any idea on how to solve this? It's so annoying!
Thanks!

Perhaps a silly question, but there are 5 frames at the head to trim back to?
