    Graphics imported to Nexis volume offline/online

    PNG graphic imported to Nexis volume from my Avid (v2021.12.4) and media appears online.

     

    But media appears offline for other user on another Avid (v2018.12.15) connected to same Nexis volume.

     

    What is the solution?   When this issue appeared last year, I set my iMac as an NTP server so the Nexis would have the same time as my iMac.  And the time is in sync now.  But that apparently hasn't solved the issue a year later.
