This is the reason why I moved to Adobe. ALWAYS A PROBLEMS WITH AVID. I have moved MC from old computer to new computer (Dongle version) Symphony option was purchased later and the licence was not within dongle. It was activated online.
MC got installed no problem but I can not activate Symphony option on new computer getting activation failed 105 even it was deactivated from the old computer. This is the main reason I kept dongle. What is going on AVID?

Now it's day 2 with my system down. Ladies & Gentlemen THIS IS AVID SUPPORT with their so called AVID LINK TO HELL AND BACK.
This is not the first time, since they moved from dongle, every single time we have to deal with this nonsense.
AVID KEEP DOING ADOBE A FAVOR AND MAKE THEM SHINE IN EVERY WHICH WAY YOU CAN.

Thanks dear camoscato, we're communicating right now. According to Chris there was a know bug within version 2021.9 that prevent activation. Now this is not my issue, Avid needs to fix 2021.9 since 2021.12 is pass my support plan that was expired Dec.2th 2021.12 was issued Dec 16.
As I said I have total of 2 dongle license, one is good till Dec. 2023 and the one I'm having problems I did not renew due to unfair Avid practice on their loyal customers with the outrage price increase on dongle base customers.
So AVID where is my fully functional MC within year 2021 in which I paid for support plan till Dec.2th?
Is this another business scam? Shame on you AVID.

What happened to support team? maybe they're in hiding after they couldn't find a legitimate answer to my inquiries. Never heard from Raff either.
Ladies and gentlemen, use me as a good example what I had to deal with this online garbage activation.I have been using Avid for over 20 years and always loyal. As far as I remember every single time I had problems with activation and always was a bug found within Avid system beside having a stone age website
I believe it's time to look at my legal options and take this matter all over social medias unless I get what I have paid for it.

To be fair, you raised your support case on a Sunday and on a licence that no longer has an active support contract. Only your other licence, for which you say you have no problems with, is entitled to support. I don't think a legal recourse has much legs really. However I sympathise with your Symphony issue and everything is not clearly rosy at Avid, at the moment.
