I have a track that contains many clips. Selecting them all one by one would be time consuming and the lasso select doesn't allow me to move all the clips at once. Also, changing the order of the tracks with Ctrl+dragging the track doesn't change the name of the track (V1,2,3,4) and so the tracks are still processed in the original order, just displayed in another order, which seems really dumb to me. So how can I switch the tracks or move all the clips in one track to another?

Why does lasso not work for you? And there's also "select to the right" and "select to the left".
