    Avid Link breakdown

    Anybody have any ideas for when automatic renewal shuts down Avid Link?

    Or an Avid email address where I can get help?

    The website is useless and the ‘open ticket’ system is an endless loop that hasn’t got me anywhere.

    On opening Avid Link, I get a critical ‘error 5’ message which terminates the programme and so won’t let me renew the licence (despite them automatically taking the money from my account). I’ve tried un&reinstalling but no joy. I’m running a 30day trial of Sibelius while I try to sort this out.

    Don’t know why they make this is so difficult. Any help much appreciated!
