I am having troubles with the effects mode after my update. I am tracking paint effects for witness protection and when i want to zoom in, nothing happens. Also I cannot move through keyframes, it will always move the object itself. This is quite annoying. Anyone with the same problems? I am running 64bit  Windows 7 on a Z420.

I'm using 2018.4 with Win Pro as well.  While I don't find the effects mode itself more buggy, the oversensitive mouse issue (discussed in another thread) makes it harder to adjust effects parameters.
