I've done an edit, added titles, graded clips etc. Although the client has now ask to do some amends. 

I'm trying to match frame a clip in the sequence to a clip in the bin, although I'm getting the error message,

Precomputes can not be loaded into monitors

What does this mean and how can I match frame?

Ive added an image to show my sequence. the clip on V1 at the posiotn of the blue line indicates which clip I am trying to match frame too.

Have you de-selected the other video tracks?
That 'error' message comes up if tracks with effects, titles etc. are 'on' when match-framing. Wish it had been written out years ago -  and hope it's that simple!

I have only got video track one selected.

I can only match frame when I move the above titles further down the sequence. Surely thats not the only way I'm able to match frame for entire sequence, it would take forever?!
