    Sparkle Effect?

    MC 7, new BCC

    Is there a real sparkle effect? I mean random little "stars" that magically sparkle (like many small "eye twinkles"), NOT the BCC sparkle effect which is not magic at all.

    I used to do this with sapphire but dont have it anymore. How is this done?
