When the compression is interlaced DNxHR HQ, initializing amtSession for pass-through mode (call “CreateAmtFile” with NULL external_media_properties), crashes. If the compression is progressive DNxHR HQ, call succeedes without a crash.

AMT sdk version is 2.12.3.964 and used with ms vs 2010.
