as i'm going to sell my boris bcc copy and the only missing plugins I like and avid red doesn't have is the boris vectorscope which show zebra or magenta dot on overexposed areas.

Is there something simillar in-built in Media Composer?

Boris seem open to making available some BCC effect individually(?) or in smaller packages. May be woth contacting them with your request.
