DNxHD stream compatibility with Avid Media Composer

We are licensing Avid DNxHD decoder/encoder for our enterprise level transocding software.  We develop our own demuxer and muxer but licese Avid DNxHD decoder/encoder.  We are running into an issue wehre DNxHD stream we create from our application cannot be imported to Avid Media Composer with an error message "Cannot read KLV at 15360 when reading elements".  However, when we check files using Avid's MxdDump.exe-mxfpvalidate tool, we do not get any errors and our stream passes.  In contrary, Adobe file shows a lot of warnings and errors when verified with this tool but it can be imported to Avid Media Composer without any errors.

Can I send you streams we create for your verification?

Thank you very much for your help in advance.
