I really wanted to like Titler Pro, but the version that came with MC (TP 1) was so crash prone I gave up trying to work with it. I'm considering upgrading to TP 3, but I'd like to hear from PC-based users on their experience with the program before I buy the upgrade.
I have a fantastic editing assistant. He stays by my side when I edit...doesn't talk too much...and thinks I'm a genius! Check him out here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQVkYaaPO6g
I'm using Newblue Titler Pro 3 (upgraded from version 2) on my 64-bit PC with MC 6.5.4 version and it works great.
Boris RED 5.5 also do ;-)

Lars
Hi Terry,
I have TP 3.0 and like it very much. It has much more flexibiltiy than the earlier versions. There are a number of tutorials on Youtube about it that you might like to look at before deciding. I have not had stability issues with it at all.
Hope this helps,
Denny
I also have Titler Pro 3 and I like it. It has a lot of settings.
The only thing I noticed, that is not really a bug, is that when you create a title and render it (i.e. 6 sec. long). You need to delete the rendered media if you want to make the title longer (i.e. 8 sec.). If not , it will show you the rendered clip on the original portion of the clip.

Hope you don't mind me digging up this thread. Did you have a chance to try out Titler Pro 3 for yourself?
Hi Marcus,No, I never did. I had tried the Title Pro 2 demo a while back and had crash issues. I contacted New Blue tech support. They had me run a program which captured the error logs and send it to them. I dutifully did so and they never got back to me...so I just gave up on it. Sorry.
I am sorry to hear that no one got back to you, Terry. If you would like to give Titler Pro 3 a whirl you can download the trial version here:
