I have an interior shot of a restaurant--shot at sunset--with a window in the b.g. The shot was color balanced for the interior lighting (3200K) but the window was too big to gel. I applied a secondary correction to the window and warmed it up, but I'd really like to be slick and add a golden hue to the sky as well.
I have only worked with a single level of secondary CC since moving up to Symphony from MC last year, and I couldn't find any tips on how to add another level of secondary CC. After some experimenting, I first applied a secondary CC to the window in the b.g--warming up the whole window--and then dropped another CC effect on the shot and attempted to add a "golden hour" cast only to the sky. The results weren't bad, but I'm wondering if there is a better way?
Here's a screenshot of the original (uncorrected) clip:
I have a fantastic editing assistant. He stays by my side when I edit...doesn't talk too much...and thinks I'm a genius! Check him out here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQVkYaaPO6g
I would probably use Paint & Animatte to create a trackable mask and then color adjust the masked area.

I'd try the Spot Effect.
