The program closes and appears: This Software is no longer activated on this system.
But Avid License Control Says it IS activated.
It's an original copy.
You can contact Avid support at 1-800-800-2843 and choose option #2 for license assistance. This is a free call.

If your system is connected to the internet, deactivate and activate again.
Larry is correct, your best bet is to call support.

I've already done this process, even on a clean installation this message appears, I'l try to call but it's an international call, I don't thik it'll be free.
Thanks anyway
See if there is an office from this list that is closer to you. If there's no office close enough to your region, you can email Avid Customer Advocate Marianna and include your system ID and serial number in that email, but don't post them here.
the problem persists and I think it is associated with another one, on a RED AMA linked 3minute long project, I have too much errors AMAProducerTask... unable to provide sample, so, after get 3 or 4 times this massage, the license issue appears. Other projects not too long, with linked RED footage mixed with atomos samurai dnxhd and sony avchd, everything is ok working for hours long.
So I create a transcoded and consolidated timeline an opened another project and th problem seens to be gone...
