If I pull in a Sequence with just my Music tracks, is it possible to generate a Timecode accurate Music list using Set Bin Display? I know I can generate  alist of the tracks, buT I would like to create a list that reflects the start and end time of each cue in the cut. Thanks.

I don't think Set Bin Display will do that.  It will just show that a particular track was used.  You probably want an EDL.  

You could also try the Generate Sequence Report option.  I don't know if that reports usage or not.  

Tried Generator Report, unfortunatly does not work for my purpouses.

EDL should work then.  You might need multiple files, though, depending on the number of tracks, because EDLs only support 4 audio channels.
