thanks i had seen that and it is useful, but not what i had seen on the Avid TV page - maybe its been taken down from there...I cant seem to browse the entire list of videos, only enter search terms with no success

It looks like their playing with the Avid TV page and it only has Pro Tools tuts on it right now.  I'd be very surprised if there was a recent tutorial that wasn't on the link that Sylvain posted.
